Place where I link other DP sites, both official and fanmade, as well as non-related sites that I just think are super special awesome.

Official DP sites

  • Butch Hartman's site
  • Butch Hartman's official site. Contains basic information about the man and his works.

  • Offical Danny Phantom Site
  • Nickelodeon's official site for Danny Phantom. Not good for people with dial-up as the site is heavy on the Flash. Unless you're under the age of ten, I don't recommend this site (despite official) for DP sources. Not only is it bare bones, but a couple profiles are inaccurate, such as Jazz where they make her out to be some shallow snob. Ugh.

    Official DP Writers/Artists

  • Steve Marmel's Website
  • The main DP writer's website. He's got like a bazillion blogs.

  • Stephen Silver's Site
  • Leading DP character Designer Stephen Silver's site and his blog.

  • Wincat Alcala's Website
  • A storyboarder/artist for Danny Phantom. He also has a deviantart page.

  • Ben Baliestri's Blog
  • Storyboard and concept artist Ben Baliestri's page.

  • Rocco Blog
  • Frank Rocco (Concept artist/prop artist) blog and website

  • Kaz Aizawa (Background Artist)
  • Website of background artist Kaz Aizawa. Got lots of purdy pictures of DP background and is worth looking at (incidentally, my favorite is Clockwork's HQ, beautifully colored.) Also has some Avatar backgrounds.

    DP Fan/Other Sites

  • Danny Phantom Wikipedia Entry
  • I used to edit the DP entry in Wikipedia a lot years ago, but have since reduced my time there dramatically, making only minor adjustments. I have recently returned and reworked nearly all the main characters' pages so that they don't look like coherent messes. Now I'm back to making minor adjustments here and there.

DP's entry in Wikipedia is generally good for a basic info of the series, but should not be taken as the defacto source for DP due to Wikipedia's "anyone can edit" policy, lending to frequent misinformation-That's right, I'm looking at the people who claims there's a Japanese dubbed DP or a fourth season DP.

  • Danny Phantom TV Tropes
  • The main DP TV Tropes page. I'm a member who has contributed to at least 75% of the tropes associated with DP. I have no life, why do you ask? Also, check out the rest of TVTropes, I guarantee you'll waste more hours on your computer then anything.

  • Danny Phantom Online
  • A recent DP website that contains DP stuff. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in eons, but I am a member of the forum which is slowly, but surely adding more discussion on the show and other stuff. Go take a look if you can.

  • Danny Phantom Livejournal Community
  • What it sez. Updates every so often.

  • Phantom Sues Livejournal Community
  • WARNING: NOT recommended for fans who write and lavish over their original DP characters, especially those who often pair them up with Danny and have ghost powers of their own. Chances are, this Live Journal community will spork it.

Other Sites that I just think are plan cool:

  • The Animated Batman
  • Quite simple put, an excellent fansite dedicating to reviewing and interpreting the DCAU Batman cartoons. Very well worth the visit.

  • Cracked.com
  • Their everyday updating Daily Lists are addicting and often funny to read, though the website primary has frat boys and teenage/20s something year old males in mind. Naturally, I don't agree with a lot of what they say or believe, but entertaining regardless, if not because they often write in an over-the-top manner.

  • Dan Drazen's Archie Sonic the Hedgehog Site
  • An infamous Archie Sonic fan (and hanging onto the franchise by this point), Dan Drazen is interestingly a well-educated man in his 50's reviewing a children's comic book. Whether you think he's condescending or not, one can't disagree his insights and thoughts are plentiful. And it's exactly this and his funny wordplay that has me clamoring for his latest reviews on a comic I'm teeter-tottering over.

  • D-Toons Production
  • A website owned by a buddy of mine's. He used to be the one in charge of Nicktoon Nexus.

  • HomeStar Runner
  • Obligatory HomeStar Runner website recommendation.

  • Mezzacotta's Square Root of Minus Garfield
  • Ignoring the fact that I hate math, you don't need to be highly advanced in arithmetic (although it'll help for a good 25%) to get the jokes. They take Garfield stripes and improvises to make them more interesting then the original set.

  • Newgrounds
  • If you can get past the crap, there's actually a lot of high quality flash movies here. On a somewhat related note, I once met the brother of this site's owner during work one day.

  • Nick and More!
  • Barnone AMAZING. A site for Nickelodeon (as well as Cartoon Network and Disney Channel) fans where you can see archives of TV schedules, ratings, episode lists, and more. It's very professional and reliable.

  • Post Secret
  • For those who wanna know the secrets from anonymous people.

  • That Guy With the Glasses
  • A site where dozens of people host webcam videos and talk about video games, old cartoons, comics, whatever. Entertaining, especially if you like jaded fans who rant about how stuff they grew up on sucks. Prove nostalgia isn't always a positive thing.

  • The Webcomic Overlook
  • I don't usually read too much webcomics or at least not as much as this guy here. A general webcomic review site, he's very detailed and well-spoken.

    Sexy WebComics:

  • Awkward Zombie
  • Brillaint video game-based webcomics that really will make you laugh while being clever and innovative.

  • dead. winter
  • A zombie apocalypse overtakes an unassuming town. We follow the lives of waitress Elizabeth Cooper, nurse Alice, hitman Monday Blues, and Lou the Plumber. I don't really care about zombie stories, but it's less about beating up the undead and more emphasis on story within the four cast. The black and white and small reds (Lizzie's bandanna and Monday's sunglasses) really captures the mood.

  • Cyanide and Happiness
  • Dead baby jokes. Poking fun at religion. Unfortunate outbursts and results of everyday normal people, Cyanide and Happiness is a black comedy webcomic that is 20% arsenic, 50% bloody, and 110% demented. Not recommended for those who value a higher moral or optimism in life. For the cynical and bleak, enjoy.

  • Goodbye Chains
  • A webcomic that depicts the lovable tale of jerkass conman Banquo and his communist (yes, you read that right) partner Colin, both traveling and surviving the Old West Colorado. Also, Colin is hots for Banquo, so come on down, slashy fangirls! The art is also very purdy.

  • The Meek
  • An amazingly beautiful and perfectly drawn webcomic. The story is still new, so it's hard to say how compelling it is, but the characters are a delight, so I have major hope for this gorgeous presentation. Be warned: The first chapter features heavy nude scenes from the main character.

  • Order of Tales
  • Koark is the last of the Order of Tales, a person who collects stories. After a run-in with The One Electronic, he is caught helping the mysterious Bottle Woman that is key for...well, something big. The main baddie wants her, so that's incentive. In the process, he's also after the fabled tale, the "The Ascent of the Bone Ziggurat". Sure, it sounds cliche, but it's exquisite with simple, but breathtaking art, and easy breeze to read (despite its 500 pages). Also consider his Rice Boy comic which is just as good.

  • Penny Arcade
  • You know what this webcomic is. If not, then you're either not a gamer, haven't had the internet for a good decade, or living in obscure country where you legally changed your name to "Nemo" and talks to fish.

  • The Adventures of Dr. McNinja
  • Oh, come on! He's a doctor AND a ninja. How does that not make you wanna click on this link? Bah! Okay, how about an additional of a Mexican 12-year-old sidekick with a mustache...who rides a velociraptor...named Yoshi? Or Dracula and his moon base? Or the clone of Ben Franklin? Or Dolphins with guns? Thomas Jefferson in a jet pack. A unicorn possessing a motorcycle. Aztec Ancient Tennis! Oh, just click on the link already!
