1. Vlad Masters
Appeared in: "Bitter Reunions" and every episode he's appeared or cameoed in from then on except "Livin' Large"
Stereotypical for both profession Vlad holds (billionaire tycoon and evil bastard), Vlad's default wear is his black two-piece, double-breasted suit. It's black from head to toe. He wears a white dress shirt. He has on a red bow tie that just screams "Kentucky Fried Chicken". It's the only thing on him that I absolutely hate. His left breast pocket holds a pointed fold red handkerchief (which he's only used once). He wears pointed black shoes.
Lastly, his hair is sleek and white with a streak running down the middle. He pulls it back into a sexy ponytail. Also, a goatee. He has an equally sexy goatee.
Contrary to popular fan beliefs, Vlad's suit brand is unknown, so all the fans who claims he wears Armani is just that, fan claims.
2. Vlad Plasmius
Appeared in: "Bitter Reunions" and every major appearance since
The polar opposite of Vlad's black suit, Vlad Plasmius dons a near all-white garment that speaks little of his villainous state, but maddeningly contrasts and compares greatly to Danny's ghost suit.
Like Danny, Vlad's Plasmius garb is a white two-piece jumpsuit, only more elegant to befit Vlad's taste. The top tunic ends up to his thigh, held by a black belt. He has on black gloves and boots. His collar is black and pointed like an upside down triangle. He finishes it off with a flowing white cape, the inners red in color. The top part of the cape (or more appropriately a cloak) is a hood that hugs the back of his head. The overall garment is fashioned around his neck with two silver bolts.
His hair makes him look like he stuck a fork in a toaster. It's a pointed V-shaped hair with two smaller jagged points on each side of the hair.
3. Young Vlad
Appeared in: "Bitter Reunions"
Scrawny and nerdy, young Vlad's college days had him in bad 80's mullet hair, dark grey in color, his white streak much more visible.
His shirt is long and loose, yellow in color with green and white strips in the middle—a reverse of the Packers' color to avoid copyright. He wears brown slacks and darker brown shoes. Latter in the flashback, he dons orange converse sneakers; not that different from Danny's.
4. Young Vlad in a labcoat
Appeared in: "Bitter Reunions" and "Masters Of All Time"
It's Young Vlad in a labcoat, what the hell else am I suppose to add?

5. Robed Vlad
Appeared in: "Maternal Instinct"
Trying to seduce Maddie and lure Danny to his side, Vlad gets cozy with this white robe. He wears it over his dress shirt (its assumed his jacket is off). It has a red knot and an equally red "VLAD" logo on the left breast. He wears a black bowtie which is slightly less fruity then the red one.
6. Loose Hair Vlad
Appeared in: "Reign Storm"

Shown briefly after Pariah beat the shit out of Vlad, a weakened Vlad possesses tousled hair loosely hanging from his hairtie (which incidentally is all but visible). Possible bangs held back by his well-groomed affiliation or just damaged pretty badly from the ghost king? You be the judge.
Interestingly, he sports the spiked hairdo that young Jack and Danny possesses. As if we need more evidence of a potential "Vlad-is-really-Danny's-father" theory.
7. Country Vlad
Appeared in: "Reign Storm"
Helping Maddie finish the rest of the Fenton Ecto-Suit, Vlad dons this outfit.
Less billionaire and more country bumpkin, Vlad sports blue overalls and a red shirt, it's sleeves rolled up to his elbows. His shoes are still the same. He looks adorable in it, though.

8. Old Vlad
Appeared in: "The Ultimate Enemy"

When Danny meets with him, he is nothing but a former shell of himself. He still wears his black suit, but its torn and scrappy, especially his pants legs which reach only to his shins. He doesn't wear socks and shoes. His body is skinny and thin that even his college self would kick him for.
He possesses Howard Hughes-level hair and his goatee upgraded into a beard. Savor it, fangirls, this is the only time Vlad Masters lets down his hair. It isn't shown in the picture, but Vlad has a wooden cane he uses.
9. Dr. Vlad
Appeared in: "The Ultimate Enemy"

When Old Vlad relates his tale on how Dark Danny came to be, a flashback switch occurs where we're briefly treated to "Dr. Vlad".
Wearing a light blue surgical hat, mask, and apron, Vlad fished out Danny's ghost self from his human half on the boy's request. It worked, but the results ended in disaster. The rest of his outfit is the same black suit minus jacket.
10. Stepford Vlad
Appeared in: "Masters of All Time"
...Oh, my God. *falls and snickers* I'm sorry, but every time I see this...this outfit, I just can't keep it to myself. This is bar none, the most corniest outfit Vlad has ever worn. It's ironically fitting considering what he came to be in that episode, though the same general rule could be applied to his default wear.
He wears a light blue polo shirt with two buttons fashioned. His pants are black, held by a brown belt. He has a red sweater tied around his shoulder and a wristwatch. His pants are black with matching heeled shoes like his canon self's normal wear.
11. Dairy King Vlad
Appeared in: "Masters of All Time"
Scratch my earlier comment, THIS outfit is cornier.
Replacing the previous Dairy King, Vlad wears the red robe with pride. Like most stereotypical royal garbs, it holds spotted fur trimmings. He has on a cheesehead hat which redundantly holds a crown on top. His golden scepter has a pink ice cream cone on top.
Look how ridiculously smug he is.
12. Hospital Gown Vlad
Appeared in: "Masters of All Time"

Vlad in a hospital gown.
13. Naked Vlad
Appeared in: "Eye For An Eye"

Also, Vlad's ass crack.

I have the maturity of a fourteen-year-old.
14. Pilgrim Vlad
Appeared in: "Infinite Realms"

Vlad's suit is a modified version of his standard wear. It's black with two button set. The pants hugs his legs and ends to his shin. The rest is covered in white socks and black shoes with buckles. His belt is brown. He has a gray vest and a white dress shirt. His cape is greyish and similar in design to his Plasmius wear, including a hood that hugs the back of his head. The only difference is that the cape has extra layers that cover the upper portion of his torso.
He briefly dons a pilgrim's hat when he makes his entrance; black in color with a brown belt rim on it. Definitely one of Vlad's sexier outfits.

15. Rome Vlad
Appeared in: "Infinite Realms"

Vlad Plasmius with a golden olive wreath around his head.
16. Observant Guard Masters
Appeared in: “Torrent of Terror”
Vlad disguised himself as one of the Observants' guards in order to free Vortex for his own dastardly means.
Not seen in the picture is the helmet that came with the outfit which is square-ish with a round circle in it for the wearer to see. The overall armor is green with shoulder guards. There is black strip with an eye that starts from said shoulder guard and to the arm. He wears matching silver gauntlets. The bottom half is a single green legging with two neon circles. That looks damn uncomfortable.
This outfit is fugly and I hate it.
17. Ponytail-less Vlad
Appeared in: "Torrent of Terror"

Vlad Plasmius with his hair down. The only time you'll ever see Plasmius in this state.
18. Chef Vlad
Appeared in: "Torrent of Terror"

Vlad in a chef hat. His expression is amusing.
19. Gamer Vlad
Appeared in: "Torrent of Terror"

Vlad's digitized avatar on a video game he was playing when stuck courting—I mean—babysitting Danny. It's just him with with black *squints eyes* sunglasses or goggles. Who knew he was so game savvy?
20. Terrycloth Robe Vlad
Appeared in: "Livin' Large"

His only speaking cameo, Vlad waltzes to grab his paper wearing pink pajamas (much like Danny's). Over it, he has on a red robe with matching pink trims, decorated with criss-cross marks. There is a stylish "V" on the left breast side of his robe. His slippers looks to be a gray-ish tone in color.
As my friend said, the pink is symbolism.
21. Revolutionary Vlad
Appeared in: "Livin' Large"

Like Danny's Fabio garb in "Lucky in Love", Vlad doesn't wear this outfit anywhere in the show. It's just a painting of him nobly riding a white horse. It's hard to see, but his outfit seems to mostly compose of blue with red cuffs and a matching cape. His pants are yellow and his boots, brown on the leggings, black on the foot. He has a sword tucked into a golden sheath and seems to have at least one decorated medal. His tricone hat is black with a yellow rim on top and a red ribbon of sorts attached to it. He also dons a white glove in one hand. Micheal Jackson's influence stretched back during the 1700's, I see. I didn't know he could time travel. Then again, so could Thomas Jefferson.
The painting parodies Napoleon I of France, "Napoleon Crossing the Alps".*
22. Space Vlad
Appeared in: "Phantom Planet"
The episode did a poor job sending Vlad away by end, but at least they gave us a killer outfit. Space Vlad's clothes is one of my all-time favorite of the Vlad wear. His entire Plasmius garb is enhanced to fit the space theme.
His cape is the same, but his overall outfit is Plasmius, but with space/techno-like details gracing the outfit. His gloves look more metal gauntlet then the rubbery/latexy/whatevery ones he wears in his normal Plasimus outfit. Same for the triangular collar. His belt buckle is square instead of circular and it contains numerous items utility belt style. The end of his tunic has a line across. There are also two black square patches on each of the upper portions of his arms.
His helmet is designed to fit his lengthy head. It's gray in color with two black shapes at each bottom sides of the helmet. There is also a matching black triangular design on top. Two silver metal half circles grace on the upper sides of the helmet and a metal prong rests on top. The last is the red bow tie of the Vlad wear, fruity and stupid.
