HISTORY: *pulls up a chair* Let me tell you young’uns a little story, a story of a ruthless ghost that once invaded and terrorized his hometown like no tomorrow. Yes, siree, that ghost stirred up more trouble then a cat's tail near a rockin’ chair. That ghost was the once powerful King Pariah Dark. He was no ordinary ghost, oh, no, no, no, he was like some sorta super ghost. My goodness, he had enough strength in his little pinky then you would in your entire body. To make matters worse, he also had on the dreaded Ring of Rage and the Crown of Fire which made him even MORE powerful. Can you imagine? The ghost was like a walking God, a GOD I say! *taps cane on ground* It was he alone who could handle the vast energy contained in those two items.

He was a dictator, a tyrant, a strict King who was far from benevolent. With his loyal servant Fright Knight by his side, Pariah ruled all over the Ghostdom and made them tremble in his iron grips. Then one day, a group of hooded ghosts known merely as the Ancient Ghosts--in a last ditch effort--fought against him, knocking him unconscious. Taking the Crown of Fire and the Ring of Rage from him, they locked him up in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep and destroyed the lands surrounding his castle. The Ghost Zone was safe and one could assume Pariah Dark was no more…

…Until just recently. A man, a rich and powerful man of Earth who doubles as a half ghost went inside Pariah’s castle to acquire the Ring of Rage and Crown of Fire for his own use, but instead foolishly opened up the tomb he slept in, waking Pariah up. Now free, Pariah quickly overtook the Ghost Zone and the human city of Amity Park in just less then a day, his army and Fright Knight by his side. One could see it impossible to defeat this rogue creature, but one child stood up: The great and legendary hero Danny Phantom.

After much struggle and misunderstood gestures he received from his fellow town as some sort of devious villain, Danny Phantom took a powerful suit made by his parents to enhance his powers, then he flew up to Pariah’s castle where he lived and did battle against his army, until finally reaching the super ghost himself. They had a heroic battle of the Gods, the GODS I say! And even then Pariah was so strong that the one known as Danny Phantom nearly died from battle. With will and power of true hero though, Danny trapped Pariah in the Sarcophagus once more, forever putting him back to sleep...well, unless some idiot nitwit tries to free him again.

And that is why…Danny Phantom is known throughout ghostly legends why Pariah Dark is no...mor--ZZzzzzZz…

“Mom, GRANDPA’S DEAD!”
“No, he’s not. Just poke him with his cane for a bit, he'll come to.”

PERSONALITY: His outlook is pretty straightforward: He’s a powerful ruler hell-bent on taking over the entire Ghost Zone and the mortal world with an iron fist. He’s big, he’s powerful, and he will kick your ass so hard you’ll be feelin’ it for the rest of your life and afterlife...and reincarnated form. Being particularly well known in the Ghost Zone, he intimidates and puts fear in the hearts of all ghosts and later, the humans.

Pariah will not tolerate any crap. You do what he says with no question; after all, he is (was) the King, so he has a sense of superiority over himself. He’s speaks powerfully and is an all around persistent nuisance. Somewhat of a super ghost, he is hard to take down and doesn’t give up without a fight. Determined and ruthless in his goals, he spreads his army with little questions. In fact, a lot of what he does seem to be the whole, “Fight first, ask questions later” which in the long run didn’t work well, possibly since he also has an arrogant side. In short: Don’t piss him off. Then again, once he’s freed, you’re probably screwed anyways.

OPINION: In his only appearance, he ruled a hell of a lot. Nicely designed to begin with, he’s got the presence and intimidation to get everyone shivering in their boxers. I mean, it took the combined mights of Danny Phantom, Vlad Plasimus, Valerie Gray, and the citizens of the Ghost Zone to SERIOUSLY dent this dude and even then, Pariah wasn’t so much as defeated as he was placed back in the Sarcophagus. Danny had to wear a POWER suit that enhances his powers by a 100-fold to even withstand a chance. In someway, he's a living God, immortal and unbeatable.

Because of the huge impact he left behind, I can only hope he won’t appear. Not to mention he has the signs of a throwaway villain, one with a primary flat personality. I'm more impressed on what he did then who he is. I think a one-time appearance fit’s the best for him, it was his best. I honestly can’t see him doing anything else.
