PERSONALITY: Bitchy, dominating, demanding, jealous, possessive, lovestruck (basically what I picture Sam to be if she's dating Danny or any other dude)
POWER: Kiss can blow men away to unknown dimension--stay for more then 12 hours and they are forever stuck there, standard ghost powers
STRENGTH: Able to outbitch anyone, get a good hold of her boyfriend
WEAKNESS: She’s too damn bitchy for her own good
FIRST APPEARANCE: “13”
GOAL: Marry and have three kids with Johnny, demand him to get a job at the office, and buy her a house with a white picket fence.
HISTORY: If there ever was a needing for pure bitchery, Kitty is the woman to go to as she clings onto Johnny as much as she berates him. Even right from the moment she utters her first word she argues or has reluctance when Johnny drives to the Ghost Zone. Being zapped upon the gates closing leaves her unstable, so she spreads her energy on her jacket, scarf, and ring and tells her boyfriend to find her a host for the time. Johnny managed to do so in the form of Jazz, but Danny mucked up the entire plan and left the couple back inside the Ghost Zone, where at some point, Kitty maintain her form again or some such("13").
She later possessed Paulina sometime during Danny’s trip to Floody Water. Using the popular girl’s body, she stated how she witnessed Danny’s transformation and ended up dating him, much to Danny’s pleasure. However when Johnny enters the picture, the ghost boy gets caught up in a love rectangle, later asking her to leave Paulina’s body. Of course she refuses, only dating Danny cuz’ she’s trying to make Johnny jealous and with knowledge of his secret identity on her side, she blackmails him into continue dating. Danny cleverly works together with Johnny in secret later on as the two stage a fight that ends with Johnny injured enough for Kitty to get out of Paulina and take him back. Am I the only one wondering how old Kitty is for her to be alright if she can date a 14 year old boy, even if she did possess another 14 year to do so? (“Lucky in Love”)
Kitty makes cameo as an older alternate form of herself in the dystopia future of ten years where she looks more like a model citizen, having cut her hair and wearing less revealing clothes, although she’s still got the fishnet stockings. She’s like a biker chick librarian/lawyer combo, fight crime and filing books on a motorcycle (“The Ultimate Enemy”). She also served as one of many ghosts lending Danny a hand on saving Christmas in “The Fright before Christmas” (Oy, to think I still have other ghosts I need to repeat this Christmas info on).
She returns in full main role form when she reveals her powers to send men away in some unknown dimension through the power of her kiss, something she demonstrates after another night of Johnny/her arguments. With Ember and Spectra on her side, they head off to Amity Park to get revenge on men and turn all women on their sides in a pseudo feminist “I AM FEMALE HEAR ME ROAR” world (Ugh...), stopped only by Jazz, Sam, and Maddie (Danny having been away on a fishing trip with his father at the time). And thusly all men were restored and Kitty bitches some more (“Girls’ Night Out”).She saves the planet alongside many other ghosts from an approaching asteroid ("Phantom Planet").
PERSONALITY: If Johnny was a laid-back windmill house, peacefully resting on a beautiful plain field as birds builds nest and woodland creatures make it their home, then Kitty is the violent windy tornado that’s gonna suck that house outta the plain and drag it with her forever and ever…and no, I’m not just making a metaphor on their possible sex life: Kitty is a bitch. Pure and simple, she’s dominating, clearly wears the pants in their relationship, and easily jealous. How the two ended up together this long is debatable, but she clings onto him like tar on a mammoth, refusing to let go and if he’s caught flirting with another girl, well…hell hath no fury like a woman’s scorn cuz’ she will most likely throw off her own course of revenge.
In the rare moments she DOESN’T complain, Kitty is lovestruck and surprisingly sweet to her boyfriend. I’m not so sure if she has a life outside of him, although “Girls’ Night Out” shows her hanging around with Ember and Spectra, so maybe she got some gal pals to bitch about her boyfriend’s flaws. Other then that, she's ironically wrapped all over him like flipped waffles on ceilings.
NEO YI’s OPINION: Wow, Kitty is so me. We’re both bitches who pick and nag over every single individual flaw. I can tell I’m gonna have nice, long conversations with this chick. That said, she was one of the hardest to place; I mean, does she go in the villains section or the Anti-hero? In “13” and “Lucky in Love”, she had no problem wanting to possess girls, but the former is her more “evil” episode then the latter and even then, it’s relatively minor while her “LiL” role isn’t all that villainous to begin with, she was just jealous, but didn’t do anything dastardly that threaten Danny or the world. Her only true villainy act was “Girls’ Night Out” when she and two other ghost chicks took over Amity Park by ridding all the men and possessing women, so…it’s best two out of three. Minor character section you go.
Oh, I’m sorry, I’m suppose to form an opinion of her? Okay, she’s a bitch I could get along with, but she doesn’t really do much for me. She’s just as “eh” as Johnny is.
