The very first Fenton item shown on screen is the fabled and most often used of the Fenton arsenal: the Fenton Thermos. The first episode had Jack and Danny both trying to figure how it functioned before the latter managed to (somehow).
Shaped as a cylindrical soup thermos, the device is simple: suck up the ghosts inside. There is an "release" switch if needed. Half ghosts like Danny and Vlad are able to be sucked in provided they are in ghost form (though only the former has ever been shown sucked into it). Once the ghosts are captured, they're dropped back into the Fenton Portal. Simple, effective, easy.
In "Claw of the Wild", Danny was somehow able to close a ghost portal by polar reversing the Fenton Thermos or some bullshit.

A man-made device, the Fenton Portal is a device that can open the gateway to the Ghost Zone. Located in the Fenton basement (lab), the first episode had Jack spending his time wondering how it worked. During it's construction, Danny accidentally gained his powers through it.
The Fenton Portal has an Ecto-Filtrator (bottom pic 2) that must be cleaned every six months or the entire doohickey will a splode. Brielfy in "13", Jack installed a genetic lock (bottom pic 1) so that only people who possessed the Fenton DNA could open the portal. It was quickly destroyed in-between battle with Danny and Johnny 13's Shadow.
Incidentally, Vlad has one, too, also located in his basement lab and later, a giant painting.

The preferred outfit of Jack and Maddie, the hazmat suit makes up 99% of their wear. It's a skintight outfit that is fitted with a hood and attached goggles (though they can be removed from the eyes) that shoots lasers. It usually comes with black gloves and boots and if necessary, a black belt. Despite its appearance, the suits are also grafted with hi-tech weaponry lasers for long-distance attacks. It's form-fitting, but enough for the Fentons' daily work and protection.
There have been a number of different colored hazamat suits, orange and blue being the most frequent. The jumpsuit Danny Phantom currently wears originally was a white hazmat suit. There is also a different orange jumpsuit that Danny and his classmates worn when against a gang of ghost pirates. More information on that suit can be seen here.

A (generally) completed ghost tracker, accessible and workable via satellite. Jack and Maddie's first test had the device pointing to Danny, but since neither Fentons believe their son is a ghost, they dismiss it as rubbish.
It reappears in "Splitting Images" and "Fright Night".

Smoke bombs.
Jack and Maddie used it on Jazz when they suspected her as a ghost, blinding her so they can use their newest device on her. She was not amused.

A vacuum-like device designed to suck out ghosts from humans (and presumably inanimate objects). Could be handy for poltergeists. They used it on Jazz. She was not amused.
I'm not sure if this was the particular device, but there have been early reports that Danny's main method of sucking up ghosts was a vacuum before the developers settled on the Fenton Thermos. E-mail to let me know if this is true or not.

When Jazz was in the midst of opening up a student, Jack captures Maddie via the Fenton Grappler, an ecto-coated net designed to capture ghosts. Jazz was not amused.

Invented to "fish out" the ghosts, Danny first uses this when Jack sticks him with it while he went to use the bathroom. A born fisher, Danny's first capture is Dora the Dragon Ghost Girl.
The fisher is coated with ectoplasm and can be used to tie up its ghoulish victim (which Danny later does to the dragon, now inhabited by Sam, and what Jack did to Vlad). It also makes a handy dog leash.
What its name implies. It’s a urinal. You pee on it.

Walker-Talkies the trio used during the school dance while in pursuit of the current dragon ghost girl (Paulina). Never used again, if not because the Fenton Phones serve the same purpose with better convenience.

A translator built to translate the words any ghost says. Whenever someone speaks into it, aside from noted translation, the machine adds a "Fear me" at the end. The device is a moot point since 99% of the ghosts in the show speak perfect English. Maybe that’s why it’s never seen in use again.

Another vacuum-like device, unlike the Fenton Xtractor, the Fenton Weasel merely sucks up ghosts and contains them, much like a larger Fenton Thermos. Redundant and quite frankly, bulky when the much useful and sleeker Fenton Thermos does essentially the same.
It reappears in "The Million Dollar Ghost" when Maddie uses it against Danny Phantom.

Pliers.

An unnamed Fenton product that surprisingly wasn’t made for ghost capturing/destroying. Instead, it’s designed to cook foods ten times faster then an average cooking device could. An experiment with hot dogs ends up with them as sentient little piranhas.

Part of a device last seen in one of Jack's many piles of worthless crap he refuses to trash. Maddie calls him out on it.

A pair of metal gloves meant to combat ghosts, Tucker uses it on Sidney who currently resided in Danny's body. Jack used it more appropriately for combat in "The Million Dollar Ghost" as did Danny in "The Ultimate Enemy".
In an alternate future, Vlad, too donned a pair of these, whether his creations or taken from the Fenton Lab (Pic 2). The only difference is that it extends long claws designed to literally rip the ghost out of a human. It worked, but the consequences were severe.

A giant metal ectoplasmic Dream Catcher designed to purify ghost energies. Going through it removes anything ghostly, much like the Fenton Xtractor. Danny briefly and accidentally flies into one, but quickly returns to normal. He later uses it against Tucker to remove his ghostly side.
The Fenton Ghostcatcher makes a fuller, more importance appearance in "Identity Crisis" when Danny splits himself (this time on purpose) to equally split his human and ghost sides' duties. It worked well for a time, but he eventually returned to normal. It's revealed here that there is a "Side One: Merge, Side Two; Separate" instruction. Retcon from its last appearance which didn't have that (and Danny and Tucker did go in opposite sides!)
The feathers have also been switched, turning brown (Pic 1) to a more appealing white (Pic 2).

Briefly shown, never explained, it appears to be a Fenton Heater Tank of sorts.

The Fenton’s primary transportation is the Fenton RV (a stick shift), a functioning vehicle that doubles as the family car and running arsenal. On the outside, it's a green and white high advantaged car, looking like a reporter's news crew van, just with more gadgets and doo-dads. The inner structure is metal and gray with enough seats for the front and back row, as well as a host of other junks. There's also a bathroom.
The Fenton vehicle is a running swiss army knife and holds numerous gadgets, rounding, but not limited to: ice beams, electricity, ectoplasm, buzz saws, tire retractor, useless disco lights, seat ejectors, and more. There is a button to turn off all the weapons.
Technus once stole the vehicle and modified it to his own.

The second known Fenton vehicle, the Specter Speeder is primary designed to explore the usually groundless Ghost Zone. It has no wheels and is constantly on a state of hovering. Inside is the main cockpit as well as a second, larger room that is rarely shown.
It has a tracking device that can sought out "Real World" objects (ya know, things from Earth). Unlike the RV (which is still a car), there seems to be no age limit to when people are allowed to drive as the main trio had no problems commandeering the vehicle. Course, they're usually using it when the Fentons aren't on screen.

A metal stick that Maddie uses when she thought Jack was a ghost. It zaps out Ectoplasm, enough to cut open fabric.

A favorite of mine's. Danny wears a headband that connects both a communicator and a webcam. Using it, Danny recorded his first trip to the Ghost Zone (well, sorta) while in pursuit of an important present for his parents' anniversary.
A curvy crescent moon-shaped device, the Fenton Peeler has gone on record as possibly one of the most nightmare fueled gadget ever.
Aiming it at a ghost will strip its layer one by one until they either reveal their true form or possible die (er, waste) from all their layers disappearing. When the user ulitizes it, their entire body is covered head to toe in silver armor caused by the device.

Like their appearance gives, the Fenton Phones is primary used for communication. It also has the handy affect of canceling out ghost noises. Sam, being the only one who wore it (she thought it worked as "technos Goth earrings") grew immune to Ember's love spell.
It reappeared in "Flirting with Disaster" and some Season Three episode I don't remember.

An Iron Maiden torture device that Jack wanted to use as punishment towards the kids until Maddie stepped in otherwise. So, are the Fenton Folks some sorta sadomachists who takes pleasure in tormenting ghosts? Well, they did show how callous they were when they used ghosts for their car battery, them screaming in ghostly pain, so anything's possible, I guess! That or it's an interesting way to sex up their marriage. ...*shudders*

A silver helmet with three prongs sticking out of it, the Fenton helmet is designed to act as a substitute keyboard. Danny can control it via his mind. He felt it would have given him an edge on the online game, "Doomed". All it did was give him hat hair.
Danny looks like a tool with that thing.

Jack and Maddie were working on whatever-the-flying-hell-this is when Danny runs up with his passed test.

A baseball bat with the word "Fenton" on it. That's it. Good luck hitting invisible ghosts with that thing. To be fair, when Maddie wanted to attack Johnny, she just thought he was a no-good normal teenager.
Jazz uses it more appropriately by batting away ice balls from Klemper.
